CONTEST RULES
Citytv/Rogers Communications Contest
ROGERS BROADCASTING LTD.
1.Contest starts at 9:00 am on Saturday, December 3, 2011 and continues until Sunday, December 18th, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. (the “Contest Period”). All times are Eastern. No purchase necessary. Only one (1) entry per person. Citytv, a division of Rogers Broadcasting Limited (“Citytv”) and Rogers Communications (“Rogers”), are the sponsors of the Contest (the “Contest Sponsors”). Void where prohibited.
2.To enter, go to canadasgottalent.com and follow the contest link to the Rogers microsite (or visit, http://www.citytv.com/canadasgottalent/rodo/montreal and complete the entry ballot in full including your choice of the CGT Audition Tour date and time and submit it as instructed by the Contest Closing Date.
3.A random draw for 50 potential winners will be selected from all eligible entries received. The random draw will be made by a representative of Citytv. Draws will take place at 1 Mount Pleasant Road, Toronto, ON at approximately 12:00pm on the Wednesday, December 20, 2011.
Selected entrants will be contacted by e-mail, as set out on their entry ballot.
4.Contest Sponsors' rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to this contest and the awarding of the prizes.
5.If a selected entrant cannot be reached, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, declines the prize, or fails to return a release of liability as specified below, they will forfeit the prize.
6.Participants are eligible to win one (1) of fifty (50) prizes as set out below, each prize consists of two (2) tickets to a taping of Canada’s Got Talent Live Theatre Audition Tour (the “Event”) located at the Theatre Saint-Denis, located in Montreal, Quebec on January 10th and 11th, 2012 (venue and dates subject to change). Tickets must be picked up at the venue on the date of the Event and winners must present their fully executed Declaration of Compliance with the Contest Rules Liability and Publicity Release at the time of ticket pick-up. Failure to provide the executed release will result in the prize being forfeited.

Each prize has an approximate retail value of $200.00 CDN.
7.Winners and guests are solely responsible for all transportation and other charges not specifically mentioned as part of the prize.
8.Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, refunded, or exchanged. Contest Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever the reason, of the advertised prize in whole or in part.

9.To be declared a winner, selected entrants must first correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question posed during online entry and submit the signed release of liability and acknowledgment form as set out in paragraph 15 below. Contest Sponsors' rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of prizes.
10.By entering this contest, entrants consent to the use of their entry, name, city of residence and/or any photograph of or that may be taken in publicity carried out by the Contest Sponsors and/or its advertising agencies, without further notice or compensation.
11.This contest is open to legal residents of Quebec, who are over the age of majority in the province in which they reside, excluding employees of the Contest Sponsors, Insight Productions, FremantleMedia Limited, FremantleMedia North America, Inc., Simco Ltd., Syco TV, their parent(s) and affiliated companies, representatives, dealers and agents, contest suppliers and judges, and those with whom they are domiciled. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
12.No communications will be entered into except with selected entrants.
13.Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by Citytv. Contest Sponsors take no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors. Contest Sponsors are not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this contest. All entries become the property of Citytv and will not be returned.
14.The Contest Sponsors are collecting personal data about entrants for the purpose of administering this contest. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by entrants unless entrants provide the Contest Sponsors with explicit permission to do so as indicated on the entry form. 15.By entering this contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsors, Insight Productions, FremantleMedia Limited, FremantleMedia North America, Inc., Simco Ltd., Syco TV, their advertising and promotional agencies and the contest judge(s), their affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with this contest or, if declared a winner, the prize(s). Before being declared a winner, entrants may be required to sign and return, within a stipulated period of time, a Declaration of Compliance with the Contest Rules and a full Liability and Publicity Release. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, place of residence, voice, statements, photographs or other likenesses by the Contest Sponsors for publicity, advertising or informational purposes in any medium or format without further compensation or notice.
16.Contest Sponsors assume no responsibility for failure of the internet or the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. Contest Sponsors reserve the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond their reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Contest Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
17.If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this contest will be the contest server machine(s).
