The “Texas Shop ‘Til You Drop Trip” Contest (the “Contest”) is presented by Rogers Publishing Ltd. (“Rogers”), publisher of Chatelaine magazine and Texas Tourism, (hereinafter collectively called the “Contest Sponsors” and is open to residents Canada who are over the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, excluding residents of Quebec, and excluding employees of the Contest Sponsors, their parent and affiliated companies, representatives, dealers and agents, contest suppliers and judges, and those with whom they are domiciled.
1. Contest Period starts at approximately 10:00am on December 11, 2012 and continues until approximately 10:00am on December 25, 2012, the Contest Closing Date. No purchase necessary. All times are Eastern Times.?
2. To enter, go to www.citytv.com/cityline/contests, complete in full the entry ballot and submit it as instructed, no later than the Contest Closing Date. Only one (1) entry form per person, per email address.
Any attempt or suspected attempt to submit more than one entry ballot and/or to obtain more additional entries than permitted by using multiple email addresses or a pen name, or any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or any entry methods not authorized by these rules, shall be deemed as tampering and will void all of your entries. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, contain an erroneous phone and/or email address or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by the Contest Sponsors.

• $1,000 per person in Gold Spending/Shopping Coins at NorthPark Center

• Space is subject to availability at time of booking.
• Once your ticket has been issued, the origin and destination can’t be changed. However, a change to the flight time, and/or travel date is permitted. A change fee per ticket may apply.
• All applicable fees, such as airport/departure taxes, security charges or other third party fees, taxes or charges are the sole responsibility of the bearer of the ticket.
• Ticket is not transferable, not refundable and not redeemable for cash.
• Frequent flyer mileage accumulation is not permitted.
• The use of e-upgrade certificates is not permitted.
• Stopovers and open jaw trips are not permitted.
• Promotional pass recipients may be held liable to Air Canada for failure to adhere to the restrictions and conditions of travel applicable to their tickets or for the fraudulent use of those tickets
• This ticket is for one-time use only, and only for your personal use. It may not be distributed or sold, or otherwise used for commercial or personal gain, other than for the purpose for which it is intended. Air Canada reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotional code at our discretion. Any violation of these conditions may be subject to cancellation of the promotional code, of any booking made using this promotional code, and/or to any legal or other recourse available for the recovery of damages suffered or costs, expenses or loss incurred as a result of such prohibited use.
4. DRAW - A random draw by a representative of Cityline will be made at approximately 10:00 am on December 25th, 2012 at the CityLine Studios at 33 Dundas Street East Toronto, ON, M5B 1B8. The first entrant selected will be deemed the selected entrant for the Grand Prize.
5. If the selected entrant incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, declines the prize, or fails to return a Release of Liability as specified below, Contest Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to select another entrant or to cancel the prize.
6. Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, redeemable, refundable or exchangeable for cash and not replaceable if lost/stolen. Contest Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize with a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize.
7. To be declared a winner, selected entrants must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question administrated at the Cityline Studio and return a signed Declaration of Compliance with the Contest Rules and a full Liability and Publicity Release. Trip winner’s guest must also sign and return a Declaration and a Liability/Publicity Release prior to being ticketed or within such other period as Contest Sponsor may specify. Trip winner’s guest cannot be changed after the Declaration and Release are received.
8. Rulings by Contest Sponsors are final and without appeal in all matters related to the Contest, its administration and the awarding of prizes.
9. By entering this Contest and/or accepting a prize, entrants consent to the use of their entry, name, city of residence and/or voice, statements, any photographs or other likenesses for publicity, advertising or informational purposes carried out by the Contest Sponsors and/or their advertising agencies in any medium or format without further notice or compensation.
10. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
11. No communications will be entered into except with selected entrants.
12. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Contest Sponsors take no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors. Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Contest. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsors.
13. By entering this Contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsors, their advertising and promotional agencies and the contest judge(s), their affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with this Contest or, if declared a winner, the prize
14. This Contest will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by Contest Sponsors. Entrants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules by participating in the Contest. The terms of this Contest, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein.
